Personal sleep sessions via skype or phone

What if your life was a continuous, fluid wave of vibrant wakefulness and deeply nourishing sleep?

Having personal sleep sessions will give you this, and ultimately give you your life and vitality back quickly.

How does it work?

During your first session I find the causes of your sleeping issues and give you practical tools and information to improve your sleep.

You then put everything into practice for a week, until we meet for a follow up session to continue the process. In most cases, sleep improves immediately and 3 – 4 sessions over 1 month usually sees you sleeping well consistently.

The sessions also take place in the privacy of your own home at a time that suits you, so you can relax and integrate more easily.

In my experience, skype and phone sessions give great results.

How do you pay and what is the cost?
