A little about me…

My name is Anna de Vena and I love creating more peace and wellness in our fast paced, high tech world.  I have worked in the wellness industry as a therapist and presenter for 14 years, specializing in sleep improvement for 8 years.

It was my own need to overcome serious health issues, including insomnia, that inspired me to learn various forms of natural medicine. After completing my first phase of study and regaining wellness, I began sharing what I had learnt with others.

Donna de VenaMy approach is practical and unique, as it has come from many years of observing what truly works. I address underlying causes of insomnia, including physical, mental, emotional, environmental and lifestyle issues, using a range of natural medicine modalities. I draw upon the most beneficial and relevant components of each modality to meet the individual needs of each client. Experience has shown me that no matter how hopeless things seem, change and wellness are always possible when you are ready for change.

I am committed to living a balanced and creative life, and consider it a privilege to guide and support others into healthy sleep patterns and vibrant health.
